Are you doing the work that sets your heart on fire? Are you saying YES to everything or YES to that which you can do WELL, the work (the YES’s) that makes your heart sing? We often run ourselves ragged because we aren’t doing the work we love, we’re doing the work we think we have to do.
Whether you are a photographer, a designer, a planner, a stay at home mom or a basket weaver - are you filling your precious minutes with the work that makes your heart sing? I stopped taking (but a very select few) custom weddings because of this. “But Emily, that is how you got started… how can you just STOP doing that?” Easy, friends. Life is too short to do something you love half-way. I give the best of the best of myself when my heart is FULL and on FIRE.
Commit yourself to this and your income, your free-time and the “fullness of your cup” will multiply. My dad always says, you have to commit and GO. Don’t look back. Are you doing the work that sets your heart ablaze?
